Lemon Tree

Sometimes when I look at our lemon tree I imagine planting dozens more in the back yard.

Our HOA would probably sue us if we tried that, but it's nice to daydream. I love this tree. It just keeps on producing, no matter what the weather.

In my next life I'd like own a lemon orchard, please.

Our temps fluctuate so much, I'm thinking of selling a few of my citrus trees.


Every winter, I'm dragging them inside or covering them. I prune them heavily to keep them small, but they're still heavy. I might just keep one lime tree. I use those the most.
Florida is citrus heaven. Only south Texas is warm enough to keep them outdoors year round.

My guy kindly bought me my favorite Chinese take out the other night, and my fortune cookie offered up an interesting story starter: This sounds sweet, right? Wild Ride

Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds is an epic, dazzling film that hurls you into the Korean version of the afterlife while showcasing some of the most impressive special effects I've ever seen in any movie. The story begins with the death of firefighter Kim Ja-Hong (Cha Tae-hyun) who jumps out of a burning building with a child in his arms. The kid lives, but he dies at the scene.
