Last Month

February was thankfully not as busy as January. This sample black shirt from Fabscrap was definitely an easy mend.

I found the thrifted fabric haul for $6.99, quite possibly the best purchase I've ever made of vintage fabric. I spent about a week identifying, sorting and laundering it. It's now going to stay in the sewing room with me for the rest of the year so I can use it for my upcycle challenge.

I didn't finish this linen poem slow-stitch quilt I'm making for a craft exchange with another quilter, but I'm almost there.

Finally I kept up with my calendar embroidery scroll, adding another twenty-eight lines of stitching for the month of February. Stay tuned to see what I do for March.
