Much happier now. Onto the food thing: I prefer to make my own pizza, but sometimes it just isn't practical -- like tonight, when I was on my own for dinner. So I tried Daiya's frozen vegan pepperoni pizza:
It's a little larger for one person (I could only manage to eat half) and the crust is on the thin and crunchy side. But the sauce and the meatless pepperoni slices tasted pretty good, and I thought there was a decent amount of vegan mozzarella on it:
The product has a lot of sodium in it, and a little more saturated fat that I'd like. But as quick-to-fix dinners for one go, this is a fair option for vegans.

I'm wondering if the fat content is to make the flavor better. Have you tried the cauliflower crust ones? I'm still eating fat flour crusted pizza, but I just wondered for a change if they're any good.
I haven't tried the cauliflower variety because the market carries only the ones with dairy cheese, which I've given up along with milk. I'll keep an eye out for a vegan option at the health food store, which I'm planning to shop at this week.
