For my third altered stuffy I had this little penguin to work with, which was brand new with tags.
I used lace, metallic silver chenille, a tassel, an old brooch and a vintage rhinestone earring to transform it into my version of Glinda the Good Witch. As before all the elements are removable, and I think it came out really pretty.
That completes this little Halloween upcycling project. I had so much fun I might make this an annual event. :)
