We made a trip out to the local farm for some veggies, and saw the first signs of spring blooming there.
It's too early for cucumbers and corn yet, but I was happy to pick up some local citrus.
The cabbages were especially gorgeous. Alas, only I eat cabbage so they would be wasted on us.
Here's my little haul.

Those strawberries look fantastic. It makes my mouth water.
I don't use cabbage enough, but since it's so healthy I'm making a concerted effort to grow and eat more.
Right now I make a lot of coleslaw, fermented cabbage, stir fry and plain old sautéing to serve as a side dish.
