Back Me Up

I went to JoAnn yesterday with a 20% off basically everything coupon, which helped with buying the backing fabric for my Noelle Phares Art landscape quilt project. Since I want to make my own binding I bought six yards:

I did first look at all the wide-width backing fabrics they had in stock, but none of them fell into my color range. I wanted something to pair with the blues in the panel.

I'm not especially picky about backing fabric, but I do like it to at least coordinate with the front of the quilt. I think this one will work nicely.
